How quickly do you respond to enquiries?
We aim to respond to all enquiries within 2 hours during business hours (Mon–Fri 8am–6pm, Sat 9am–4pm). For urgent requests, please call us directly on 0808 189 0110.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes. Most bookings can be changed or cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery. Contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
What if I have a problem with my skip or delivery?
Contact us immediately by phone or email. We will liaise directly with the skip hire company on your behalf to resolve any issue quickly.
Do you have a business enquiry line?
Commercial customers with multiple or recurring requirements can email us at info@bestskiphire.co.uk with "Commercial Enquiry" in the subject line. We offer priority service and volume pricing for regular customers.
